Tim Bryan serves as vice president of special district banking for Western Alliance Bank, specializing in serving all titles of Colorado Special, Municipal and Governmental Districts. With over 20 years of executive experience, Mr. Bryan’s diverse professional background spans real estate management, governmental administration, hospitality and entrepreneurship, providing a well-rounded skill set that enhances the tailored banking solutions he provides to meet and exceed clients’ needs.

Bryan joined Western Alliance Bank in 2024 after serving as president of The Management Trust, where he established the Colorado Special Districts Management Initiative. He has held executive leadership roles in a range of hospitality companies, providing a depth of management experience that he applies to serve special districts across Colorado.

In their spare time, Mr. Bryan and his wife, Holly, enjoy all Colorado has to offer as they care for their family’s ranch and enjoy traveling, playing golf, and fly fishing in the summer and snow sports in the winter.
